I loved how quickly the steamer heated up and was ready for use. The red pop up valve to indicate readiness was a huge step up from my old steamer. I've been super busy, but I've had the opportunity to use it in several venues. It worked well on the coffee I spilled in the car. I used steam and a white cloth to blot and absorb the dirt and stains released from the steam. I tried it in the bathroom, quickly just to use up the leftover steam from the car. It did marvelously on the hard water stains on the fixtures. It did not do well with a quick pass on grout or hardened mineral deposits, but I still have hope if I spend more time and add a cleaning product that I will see improvement. Today, I quickly tried to steam a cotton shirt that had been mistakenly left in the dryer since last weekend. I didn't have the right setup ( a safe place to hang or lay flat- I was worried about steam on the leather couch). However, even with a quick steam, you can see a huge difference in the amount of wrinkles. If I had the right setup, I'm sure I could have easily removed all of the wrinkles- so much easier than ironing! I also tried to remove an old stain that I have tried a few things on. Today, it was just steam and blotting with a clean white cloth (I used an old soft cotton shirt that I no longer wear). I can definitely see a difference and again with more time and effort and some cleaning products, I think it would be even better. Definitely recommend. I purchased this a few months ago and completely forgot about it. I found it today and thought I would give it a try. This item is by far the best steam cleaner I have ever purchased. I was able to do the kitchen and 3 bathrooms without needing to refill the water. Everything came out so clean, the attachments fit perfectly and worked on every area in need of cleaning. I would highly recommend this item and will add this is far more often to keep the house sparkly clean! Read more

We bought this steamer 11/2024. It worked great the first 3 times we used it. We tried to using it yesterday for just the 4th time and upon pressing the steam button, steam came out of the handle, top, and front, burning our hands! It was definitely not overfilled. For that reason I really cannot recommend this steamer as you would have to make sure to wear mittens during use to avoid a painful surprise. Read more

The accessories are very useful. I used the mini steam mop to sanitize mice contaminations. I also love the steam strength is easily adjustable by how much the trigger is pressed. The steam also heats up quickly. The only negative is the plastic/vinyl smell is strong when steaming. Make sure to air out the area when steaming. If the smell wasn't there this would be 5 stars. I ordered this steam cleaner to clean up the edge of our main kitchen sink. I've tried everything to clean it and in the past the only thing that worked was to scrub it for a long time. This was a huge pain and took a lot of time. A friend suggested steam cleaning and this looked like exactly what I needed. The instructions were simple. Anyone could operate this thing. Even a child. (There is a child lock). To put on any attachment, you just insert and twist. There's 2 green lines that show you like "step 1" and "step 2". I set it up and blasted away the filth on my sink and it took way less time than ever! I was a little worried that it might be too small, but it's the perfect size for getting into tight corners like this. If it were bigger it probably wouldn't be as handy. The attachments are all well made and add to the versatility. I was only planning on using it for this one task but now I see all it can do and I'm planning a big list of things that I'm going to use it for, like the shower grout and some curtains that have always had a wrinkle in them. Amazon shipped it inside the actual box which I'm not a huge fan of but it's fine. That's why the photo is the not English side. The really nice thing about the box though is that it's packed with enough space that I can actually put the thing back inside the box when I'm done to keep it all stored. I bought this steam cleaner after reading a review about this item helping with a flea problem. I have 3 cats and have been battling with fleas for months. One of my cats is extremely sensitive to toxic chemicals to the point where a flea collar caused him to have a permanent head tilt and problems with his equilibrium. I refuse to use any cleaners with chemicals in my house ever again because of it. This cleaner was a godsend. It's good quality, heats up quickly, and I was able to steam 5 rooms filling it only twice. It not only killed the fleas, but it also cleaned everything it touched way better than any cleaning solution I've ever used. I would recommend this for anyone with people or pets who are sensitive to toxic chemicals! Edit: after using this for 2 months it seems to have broken. It needs to be filled every 5 minutes because too much steam is suddenly coming out of it. Not sure why this happened but I haven't done anything different since i first bought it and I've been using water only. It will still turn on and blow steam but it's not completely broken but there is Definitely something wrong.
