I may have to rewrite this review but right now it seems to be working well. I took one star away because the power cord is a little short. Also, in the directions, they don’t tell you whether you can keep it plugged in all the time or should I unplug it. I wrote the company or should I say emailed them that question and did not receive a reply. I think because it’s a lithium battery, once it’s been fully charged. It’s always a good idea to unplug. It’s a nice shape and it has an LED light that tracks quite well. It also has a pretty good suction for areas around the house. The price was good so I would recommend this product. Like everything that we order through Amazon, it’s kind of a crap shoot. I have received some products that were excellent and there were other products that were questionable. Charged twice. Showed fully charged cut out after a few seconds. Tried over and over. Charged again, maximum charge. Lasted 45 seconds. Small unsturdy tools that I doubt work. Looks cheaply made. Instruction book lacked instructions on how to set it up. This is poorly made appliance in my opinion. I am use to a light weight sturdy powerful appliance.
