I wanted some comfy, lightweight sweatpants to wear both around the house and out, and these absolutely fit the bill. They're lighter than "ordinary" cotton sweats, probably more so than jeans as well, yet despite not being either bulky or hot, they are still OK to wear outdoors...well maybe down to 25-30F; they might be a little thin for really cold weather. It looks as though these have an elastic waistband, but in fact, you must use the drawstring to secure. Otherwise, I really like the lightweight feel and fit. But having to tie the drawstring every time you use the bathroom is annoying and the drawstring is both to thick and too short. That's enough for me to downgrade from 5 to 3 stars. Read more
