I like that there are varying sizes and it's just clear, almost invisible. Try not to scrunch it when pulling it off the label as it will make a divot, causing it to not be as clear/invisible. I am in my late 40's with adult cystic acne and have four tweens and teens that also have acne. We like using patches for overnight pimple care. This brand has two sizes of patches and are thinner than other brands I have tried. These are difficult to get off the plastic backing without rolling or stretching. Other brands perforate the backing to make it easier. These are labeled non-medicated but actually do contain Tea Tree oil, Aloe Vera and Bamboo. I do like when they contain Tea Tree, but haven't seen other patches containing anything but that. They do burn if you put them over a cut, I would only use these on acne. Also, if you put it over an open cut, when you pull it off it will pull off the healing spot. Basic use of patches is to clean your face, apply over the zit, and let it do it's thing overnight. For whiteheads, it will draw the pus out and the patch will turn white. Often one use is enough to clear those up. For my cystic acne it is more of relief than cure . . . often they will need to be punctured to draw anything out, and although they will be flat and feel good in the morning, they will refill through the day and need to have a patch again at night. Also, although most brands say you can wear these in the day, I would not suggest it. These are hard to miss when they pull the gunk out and turn white. Read more
