I wear a size 18 but according to the size chart I needed to order a 3X. ( I am 5'5" and the length was perfect with flats). I was nervous that it would be too big but it fit perfect. Make your decision on the size chart not on what you wear. The color, which I think is Plum was perfect for an outdoor Fall wedding. I had to pack it in a suitcase for travel but used my clothes steamer I brought from home and the wrinkles fell right out. Very happy with my purchase. Received many compliments on it.
