Bought after seeing TikToker Alex Harris try one on and it looked so cute on her—she was raving about this brand. I can safely say she’s not lying! This suit makes me feel excited to put on which is a first as a bigger girl! It covers all the stuff you don’t want seen or hanging out. I got the black & white vertical stripes and it’s so flattering. Offers nice support for the girls even though I’m on the smaller side—the adjustable tie on the chest nicely pulls them together and holds them up without looking saggy or loose. I’m 5’6, about 250, carry most of my weight in my belly/hips/thighs—- ordered a size 18 but probably could have safely gotten a 16 as it’s slightly roomier than I thought it would be. I actually had to adjust the straps (to shorten) almost to the max to make it fit right and not feel too big. The connected bottoms are like full coverage shorts, thankfully. The material is a little thin but still feels like decent quality. It’s smooth and sleek to the touch. For the price I’m super impressed as I’ve paid more than double the cost of this one for “curvy girl” suits elsewhere that did not make me feel this cute! I’ll definitely be buying in more styles/colors, these are my go-to for swimwear from now on! Read more
I've only had once chance to wear this swim suit but it was very comfortable. It's absolutely beautiful too. I picked the purple one. It was recommended that I get a size bigger but I didn't, I chose my normal size and it fits perfectly. A few things that I personally don't like or worry about: the hem of the suit (dress part) isn't sewn. It's just cut. I can see this getting torn up as time goes by. The top has a peek a boo between the breasts. It was more revealing than I liked so I sewed a piece of cloth to cover it up. The string there holds the top together so make sure you don't lose it or you'll be sewing it or buying shoestrings. The boy shorts were comfy but the legs roll up on me, I don't really like them, I think I will wear something else underneath. Otherwise, the length was perfect. The suit wasn't too heavy and didn't weigh me down. It was perfect. I don't see it lasting for 10 years like my last suit but I don't swim too often so as long as I get a few years out of it, it's fine. I normally wear in the range of 18-22, depending on manufactures. My bra size is in the range of 40-44 DD, again depending on manufacturing. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for under a week, but still going strong. My strongest attribute is my breast. I have them so I like to flaunt them in a “respectful manner”. This bathing suit does just that. I thought about sticking to the lower end of my size range for two reasons. First, I will be seeing my size drop. Second, I need support for the girls. I thought a smaller size would help in that department. Before receiving the suit, (because of some comments in the reviews about no top support) I thought if I had to, I will sew a bra into the suit, and insert a stainless steel keyhole instead of the tie for more structural support. However, I’m pleased to announce that I do not have to make these modifications. I am “pleasantly surprised“ with the breast support. After I made the purchase, I started looking at the newest comments (as I had only looked at pics previously). Then I started getting worried about women saying order larger sizes, due to pattern size differences from previous years . I need a new suit for an event coming up quickly. The suit definitely hugs my body a little snug, and you can see that I do have some back fat that spills over the top near my armpits. But for me, this will be good enough considering all my concerns as mentioned above. If I was overly concerned about the back fat, I would've gone with the size 20. But I’m in a time crunch, so this will be good enough. I do feel like the snugness of this suit does help in the slimming. However, it was not to difficult to pull the suit up. But it want not too easy either. Furthermore, because I purchased the suit on the small end of my size range, I am certain that the in-built shorts will have to or pulled down at the inseam regularly. I hope that I will not have chaffing. Crossing my fingers. Overall...I am happy with the quality of the suit. I love the Sunflower print/yellow top. I am happy with what it hides due to the shape of the suit (round belly and thick, floppy thighs). The breast pads may have to go, cuz the circle pads are very noticeable. Read more
