My shower shelf constantly gets covered in soap scum from damp bars of soap that are used day to day and which mostly remain wet. This has solved that problem in an attractive, clean manner. The silicone tray sits perfectly inside the recessed shower shelf (see the included photo). It has raised ribs on its surface which raise the wet soap bar and allow air to circulate underneath so it dries and doesn't get the gummy, sticky soap scum all over it. It also helps the soap last longer, as it doesn't degrade between showers from the wet area. The soap dish tray also has a spout in the middle that allows water and soap to run off onto the shower floor. It is able to be positioned so that the water does not drip back onto the shower wall. It is effective with soap bars but also with bottles of shampoo and body wash, which also have a tendency to pool water on the bottom and make a soap ring. The soap tray is soft, flexible, and easy to clean with hot water (as there is typically a little soap already caked onto he surface which can be repurposed to help clean it. Surprisingly very Good Quality! Durably Thick Silicone Material. Just the right amount of flexibility to fit in almost Any differently shaped spots by a sink. A Little too wide to comfortably fit on a Bath/Shower edge but is sturdy/stable enough to sit securely. The drain ridges inside are thick/tall enough to allow the soap or sponge to actually fully drain. Bottom has ridged edges & Brand Logo, allowing tray to have a stronger, ‘Stickier’ hold to stay in place. Deep enough side walls to contain water drainage & direct it to spout. Not yet Sure on whether it stains or not. Price Could be atleast a few dollars cheaper IMO. Overall pretty pleased w/ make, Quality, color, & Style! Read more
