Happy Giddy Chair

This chair is adorable; my grandchildren (ages 1 to 5) love it. The fabric cleans well (Oxyclean and water) when it was stained. It is holding up well after being outside 24/7, but it does not get direct sunlight. It is fairly sturdy; the 1 year old climbs in it well because it's not too tall. It hasn't fallen over yet with any of the children in it. They love this chair, and so do I. Read more

This is a pretty sturdy children's chair and a good price point. It does take a little more effort to close it, but that means it won't fold up when it's open. It also comes with a nice storage case. We have taken it camping and plan to keep using it. It's cute and has nice colors, my son loves it and our daughter wants one too! Read more

My son loves this super cute chair. We ended up just leaving it in our living room over the winter so that he could sit and watch tv in it. He has beaten that thing up and it still looks brand new. The cup holder is really nice too, and especially beloved by my kid — however, it is slightly too small for most of our sippy cups. If it were slightly bigger it would be better, but if he really pushes he can get the smaller ones in and out. Read more

The chair itself has worked well. It's a good size for my 4 year old and will work for another couple years. Hopefully it'll hold up and get used by my newborn later. The cup holder tore after 10-15 uses but it doesn't fit the water bottles and cups my child uses anyway. Definitely could be a bigger opening. The case is easy to get the chair in and out of and the zipper had held up well. I wish the handle on the case were bigger because that is what I use to hang the case on our adult chairs. There is nowhere to put the case or attach it to the chair so it doesn't blow away or get lost in the shuffle. I always have to stuff it inside the cases of our other chairs. Colors are good and I like that the design is neutral since I have both a boy and girl. Read more

This is super cute and seems very sturdy. My son is now 18 months and loves it, and it is large enough that he will be able to use it many years. Probably until 5 or 6 and then he will out grow it. I have a 7 year old daughter that is just a bit big for it, but loves it non the less. Also love the storage bag as it is roomy enough that I am not having to really shove and work it back in. This chair is so cute and such good quality. I got it for my toddler to use so she wouldn't keep sitting in my infant's Bumbo chair. She needed to have her own. Little did I know she would immediately take to it. We will be taking this chair everywhere with us. Just a side note, the chair does not have that piece of hanging fabric pictured in the front, but it really doesn't change the look much. And the antenna do not stay up, but who cares? This chair is adorable, functional, and a family favorite. Everyone that sees it comments on how cute it is, and wants to know where they can get one too. Our child loves to sit on it in the house all the time, many times in favor of her ultra-comfortable lounge chair. Construction quality is high and the carrying case is handy as well. This chair may be one of my favorite Amazon purchases. It arrived promptly, well packaged, precisely as pictured, sturdy, and the right size for my 95th Percintile in height 4-year-old granddaughter. We believe she will get a number of years use out of it. In general, I don't believe I've ever been disappointed with anything Melissa & Doug...and...the Amazon price was less than the price on the M&D website! Only thing we don't like about it, is that the cup holder isn't quite large enough for a beverage cup...the kind with a "sippy" lid. Added bonus, the carrying bag...adorable! Our very mature seven-year-old grandson even sat in it for s while...although he deemed it for littler kids! Every time I see it, it makes me smile. Read more
