I’m usually a size 14. This is a high quality skirt with a lovely fall to it. It’s not “thick”, but this has some quality weight to it. It’s very versatile. I slipped this tulle skirt on and instantly felt like I should be twirling down a cobblestone street in Paris, though in reality, I was just walking my 60-pound Weimaraner, Otto, around La Mesa. The elastic waistband is forgiving (thankfully, after pasta night), and the layers of tulle give it that floaty, romantic look without feeling costume-y. I’m petite, so finding a midi length that doesn’t swallow me whole is rare, but this one hits at just the right spot on my calf. I wore the skirt to a christmas party and it is cute but it is not as full looking as it is in the image. The length is as shown and so is the color. My only gripe is that it's not as full as the picture. The skirt has less tulle but it works still. Definitely a skirt that can be dressed up or worn more casually. Decent quality for a decent price.
