This shawl is fantastic. The material is very soft. It feels like a very well loved, well worn tshirt. It does not feel satiny or silky. I wore this shawl on a cruise recently and wore it multiple times. I wore it to an elegant dinner and I wore it on the beach to protect myself from the sun. I also wore it daily on our balcony. This is a lovely wrap large enough to use as a light blanket or cover up while traveling. It’s very soft, however, it’s described as “eco cashmere”. It has no cashmere in it at all, which was disappointing. It’s a light weight fabric warm enough none the less. It is worth the price, especially on sale. A true cashmere wrap was just a bit too pricey for me. I ordered tan first, didn’t like the color and thought it looked cheap, but loved the gray. It’s taken me to Ireland and back.
