This small hard shell carryon luggage rolls exceptionally smoothly. The handle extends higher than most. It is very sturdy when extended to normal hi height but wiggles a bit when fully extended. The design, with the full zip divider and the hard case mean I can fit everything I need for a weekend trip and my laptop in this carryon and know that the laptop is secure, zipped behind the divider. I’ve seen lots of carryons with USB-A connections to an internal battery. What I love about this is that it has a USB-A and a USB-C, as well as a small pocket to hold the battery. I note airlines now require the batteries to be taken out of anything in the overhead bins during flight time. The zippers work, smoothly, and the suitcase was easy to open and close. The carrie handle could be more comfortable in one’s hands, but it meets its purpose. Since I’ve only used this as carry-on, I haven’t yet sat my lock code for the building in TSA lock. However, I appreciate that it came with clear instructions on how to set the lock and had a sticker on the suitcase with those instructions. Read more

Literally just received this suitcase the day before I was leaving on a four-night trip and I was able to pack all for those nights in this one suitcase. I wouldn’t think at all I’d be able to even one more night in this case. My initial reaction was that it seemed very small. Likely because it doesn't expand. However, the inside was very spacious. The fact that both sides separated with a zipper section was very helpful insofar as you could put one type of your clothes on one side or your shoes on that side, zip it, and then put clothes on the other side. The hard shell of the suitcase is very durable. The zipper seems to work well also. The lock mechanism works very well, and I also found it very easy to wheel through the airport and even over some rough surfaces when we got to our destination. A large drawback for me and what seems like an oversight was the lack of handle on the side or the bottom for when you are lifting it up into an overhead compartment on an airplane, for example. The only handle is on the top and in the picture. It is a hard plastic handle that is pretty flexible. However, most other suitcases have some sort of secondary handle that will help you when you go to lift it either into the trunk or into an overhead compartment as I said. This carry on suitcase by FOGFLY feels sturdy, and is a good size for a weekend trip or to use as extra storage for traveling. (The one I received, however, is not the same one that is now in the ad or the product description. It is a more basic carry-on with no external pockets.) The plastic outer material feels a bit thin and has some give; it’s fine for a personal carry on bag but time will tell how well it holds up in the rough and tumble airport baggage system if it ever needs to be checked in. The interior material feels a bit crinkly, but that is not an issue. The spinner wheels work well and the extendable handle raises and lowers with ease. The zippers slide fine but I found that they can get stuck when the suitcase is opened all the way, and I had to really work to get them started again (the zipper is on a plastic track). Overall, this bag is ok but I don’t think it’s a good value for the price based on the thin plastic materials. Read more

This bag is the ideal size, it fit in the overhead bin on my packed flight without a fuss.
