I was wearing wide legged pants to a conference and really wanted to wear pointed shoes and I thought they would look good with the wide leg pants. These shoes ended up looking fantastic with my outfits! I love the stylish design of these shoes! I had to walk about 4-5 blocks everyday to my conference and the shoes were comfortable to walk in. I don't know if they were slip resistant as I didn't walk in anything that could be slick, but the bottoms of the shoes did have some good traction on them.
