Well, I’ve worn Soma embliss bralettes as my casual, exercise or around the house bralette for 5-6 years. I decided to try this one based on a review I read. I read additional reviews on Amazon and saw it runs small, so instead of a medium I bought a large in black. I believe it’s nicer than my Soma bralettes, very thick and nicely made. The fit is truly wonderful. The wide band at my ribs is a fit that feels like nothing I’ve worn before. I can tell this won’t roll up, gives a nice flattering profile and is very very comfortable. I will buy other colors! Additionally as with all my other lingerie I will either hand wash or launder in a lingerie bag. Read more
Absolutely love this bralette! I was looking for a comfortable, wireless bra for casual wear but have a hard time finding one that met my needs. I am a 36 E but have a smaller frame/waist and either the cups are too small or the entire bra is too big, matronly looking and made more for plus sized women. Ive tried so many brands- Natori, Cosabella, Skims, etc. with no luck. I follow Summer Pardi on LTK and she raved about this bra. She has the same body type so I figured I’d give it a shot. It’s perfect! Not only are the cups big enough, it’s so supportive, soft and cute! The triangle style works with lower cut necklines and I never feel like I’m going to pop out if I turn to the side or bend down. It gives great separation under clothes for big busts which bralettes usually do not provide. The price is worth it for the quality and style. I want one in every color because I find myself wearing it everywhere. Read more
I understood that this bra would be tricky due to the range on the size chart. I did not size up and the bra fit fine. I admit it was a bit difficult for me to get it over my head and pull down to tug it into place. I enjoyed the comfort and buttery soft feel, but it didn't take long for the bra to roll up under my chest. I returned it since I kept pulling it down to stay in place and it was noticeable to others that I was doing that. Read more
BUY IT!!!! If you don’t need “much” support, and I presume most reading this know what that means, just buy it. You will be so happy. I have fallen asleep in this two nights already because I have forgotten. I have it on. And at 36, am avid bra loather, that speaks volumes. I have an augmentation, around a 34C-D, (I'm a very thinly built person) and the medium is heaven. The adjustable front straps don’t dig into your back. The bands with and design make it super comfortable. I have only washed once, did not dry, but it did not shrink or change shape at all in the wash. The coverage of its cold is almost nonexistent, but I couldn’t care less! Read more
Extremely comfortable. Read about this in the New York Times and it does not disappoint. Good value. Bras can be so expensive! Read more
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m giving this product three stars because it’s too expensive for what you receive and I specifically bought it for the comfort level. Compared to underwire bras, it is comfortable. However the elastic beneath the breast and around the rib age is too tight for me. Please note— I’m slender( usually small) and ordered a size up (medium). The cups were too large and the ribcage was still too snug for me. Read more
OK. Comfortable but rides up over my breasts sometimes when I stretch my arms. Also, I found similar bralettes much less expensive at Walmart. Where I liked the bralette at first, now I think it's just OK. I wouldn't buy it again. Read more
I am 5'6", 128 lbs., and start by trying on 38B in regular bras to see what works in a particular style/brand. Both X and XL in these fit me; I will keep the X for wearing for short periods of time or for light workouts, but the XL is much more comfortable without being sloppy, and provides quite a bit of support for a "bralette." The band in the XL does not roll up or require other adjustments; the straps adjust quickly at the front. All in all, the XL is just about perfect for all but the dressiest of events. Read more
