Havaianas Womens Slim Paisage Flip Flop

I love this particular style (Brazil flag logo) of Havaianas because the sole is a little thicker than the regular ones that are usually in the stores. The strap is a little wider and thicker than other styles as well and it is very comfortable - it does not rub nor does it flop around. The sole is substantial enough that they are comfortable to walk in and wear to run errands or for casual dress. Although I wouldn't normally pay this much money for flip flops, these are worth it. One other thing - the last pair I bought (navy) did not fit - the straps were oddly super loose, but Amazon took them back and sent me an identical pair, which fit perfectly. I have bought 3 pairs, which lasted several years until new puppy came along - unfortunately they do not hold up to puppy teeth LOL. Read more

I bought my first pair of Havaianas the summer before college started (definitely required :P). After 3 years of use, including wearing them in the rain several times, they finally really needed replacing. I had bought another pair that were exactly the same as my old pair, also from Amazon, to have when I went home during breaks. But they came with the thongs all twisted and the platforms were really uncomfortable. Needless to say, I was really disappointed. When my first pair finally broke, I gave Havaianas another try, but from a different listing this time. Havaianas definitely redeemed themselves! These platforms are thicker, but no harder to break in. They're incredibly comfy, and unlike all my college peers with Rainbows, I don't have to worry about getting them wet while knowing that they'll last just as long. Unfortunately, when I brought this pair home, my brother decided to wear them a couple times just to step out into the yard and stretched the thong part out a little.
