I lined up the curved edge of the new clippers with my nail. The slant design helped me get under the nail better than my old pair. The first cut was clean, and I didn’t have to press too hard. I kept going, trimming around the troublesome areas. The wide opening made it easier to deal with thicker parts of the nail. It felt sharp but controlled. After I was done, I used the nail file that came with it to smooth out any rough edges. The gray color looked nice, but that’s not really something I think about much. I was more focused on how it worked. I took my time, trying to avoid any more problems with the nail. Once I finished, my toe felt a bit better, not as much pressure from the ingrown part.
