We use this for some of our bedroom lights. We keep the remote on a nightstand next to our bed. We replaced a similar product that quit working. It’s nice to be able to turn off these two lights after we are settled in bed. They appear to be Bluetooth enabled and respond flawlessly. They remote and outlet are enabled by the manufacturer so installation is easy: just plug in the receptacle then plug in the lights. Each light can be turned on/off separately or together. Read more

I have ordered two of the these (the second one as a replacement for the defective first one). Both base units work fine, but both remotes are unresponsive - dead as a door nail. The indicator light on both remotes do not light and nothing happens when the buttons are pressed. I have tried re-inserting the batteries, programming and reprogramming the unit, but nothing happened. As I said the base unit works fine, but the whole idea of buying these was so I could control two lamps with a remote control. The problem may be both batteries were dead (doubtful, but I'm will to give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt). Unfortunately the batteries are an obscure size and I don't have any to replace them with (to be honest, I don't remember ever seeing this size in any store). Read more
