• Firmware v1.0.3.4 have been released. Fix the issue where the handbrake cannot be used and cannot connect to HCXLELD Hub on Windows 10/11. Please refer to the video tutorial on the listing to set the handbrake to bootloader mode to upgrade the handbrake firmware. Since the handbrake app and firmware in current inventory is not the latest version, players are advised to update upon receiving the product by HCXLELD Hub App.
• If the handbrake does not work on Xbox, please update the handbrake to v1.0.3.2 or above by HCXLELD Hub on Windows. The Xbox steering wheel doesn't have a mode switch button, which may result in it not being recognized. In addition, when calibrating the travel by HCXLELD Hub, it is necessary to add a moderate dead zone and keep the non pulled handbrake at 0%, otherwise it will cause the handbrake to fail to connect to Xbox. • Multi platform compatibility: the handbrake supports Logitech G29 G923(PS style) for PS4/PS5, it also supports G920 G923(Xbox style) for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One. In addition, the handbrake does not support other steering wheels for PS/Xbox.
• HCXLELD Hub application for the Windows system, which can calibrate the handbrake stroke, set the dead zone, set the curvature, and update the firmware. Please run the app as administrator on Windows, otherwise you do not have sufficient permissions to use the firmware's automatic update.
• G29 G920 G923 cannot use axis function on PS and Xbox platforms, we offer a solution to map the clutch axis to the handbrake axis, which can be adapted to most games, but G923(PS style) can only use e-brake on GT7.
• Metal material: the handbrake is made of aluminum alloy material, which is lightweight, sturdy and strong. In addition, the handbrake is equipped with a stainless steel clamp, which can be adapted to different sim racing cockpit for more convenience.
• The new version G29 G923 must switch the mode to PS4 on playstation 5, the handbrake does not support PS5 mode. PS4 mode can also play all PS5 racing games. Please watch the product video of the handbrake, it is helpful for player to use and troubleshoot.
