Hello, I would like to report a misleading product description and request a refund. The product was advertised as a remote control with a built-in hidden camera that can be: powered on normally, reset easily, connected to a mobile application, and viewed remotely through Wi-Fi. However, after multiple attempts and following the user manual exactly: there is no clear or functional reset method, the camera does not power on properly, no Wi-Fi hotspot appears, and the camera cannot be connected to the app at all. The actual product does not match the specifications or features described on the Amazon product page. This is misleading and falls under false advertising / commercial deception. For those that can't find the power button it is to the right of the reset button. It is alittle hidden by the rubber closure. It is a tiny black square button that you slide to the left! Read more

This thing is junk.. it's hard to understand and I got it to work once, but if coarse didn't work when it was suppose to... was gonna return it but I missed the window.. so I guess just score one for the company for giving pathetic picture instructions that are probably for a bunch of different cameras so even the picture instructions don't match... would have been cool if it worked I could imagine... but waste of money instead... should off known.. This is a really neat idea. It connects easily to your device, the camera quality is eye clear. I bought just to keep an eye on things while I wasn’t present. You never know what you’ll see.
