Excellent lateral stability and comfort!!
I use these shoes as a pickleball player, tennis shoes and pickleball shoes are the same. I previously had the Asics Gel Resolution 9 tennis shoes and I thought they were great until I rolled my ankle during a route quick move on the court. Fortunately it was a very minor sprain only. What attracted me to these shoes from Head was the extra lateral stability width to prevent the inversion ankle roll. It works very well!!! I just had my first match with these shoes and they are super comfortable and most importantly VERY stable against allowing your foot to roll in(inversion). I honestly think that if I had these shoes I would have not rolled my ankle as I did with the Asics. I'm a chiropractor full time, very in tune with my body, and while I have only the Asics to compare to, I highly recommend these shoes from both tennis and pickleball! Read more
