Work as promised. I first used them early on a blindingly sunny morning, driving right into the sun. They fit easily over my sunglasses, and made it so much easier to see the road & other cars. They work well for me at night, too - reducing glare and increasing visibility. Thank you! Read more
Yes these work! Tried some yellow glasses before and while they did make the night brighter they also increased the headlight and sign glare. These however make a huge difference in the glare. At first I thought they were to dark till I found out that they are gradient. Tip your head back for a brighter view, increasingly down to block out the super bright. Side panels block that mirror reflection. Vented on top to limit fogging. Looks like there's room for regular glasses under. Came with a nice case and glasses clip. Will buy again. Read more
I have one pair of night driving glasses that I bought about a year ago. It was cheap about half of the price of the Headlight Glasses with Polarized LED GlareCut Technology. I decided to purchase another pair since I drive two cars. I saw multiple advertisements for the Headlight Glasses with Polarized LED GlareCut Technology. It describes to use orange lenses which can easily contrast bright lights into the background and reduce blind spots and has a much higher price than my existing glass. I bought and have been using it for the last few days. It works similar to my other cheaper glasses. So far, I have NOT experienced any difference compared to my cheaper glasses and do not see any justification for paying the extra dollar for this glass compared to other cheaper options. Read more
I was really looking forward to getting these polarized glare cut glasses for driving at night and other purposes having just completed successful cataract surgery/lenses replacement. On the first day, I heard an interesting noise from the frames. The next morning I realized that the left lens was coming out of the frames hence the reason for the strange noise. Not good. Being in the senior citizen segment of society, I'm not prone to throwing my glasses around. Very cheap frame material and lens retention design. Somebody owes me a replacement pair that will keep the lenses where they're suppose to be. Very disappointed!! Read more
For openers I have cataracts in both eyes that effect my night driving to the point unless necessary I do not drive. I live in a town thar is predominately unaccounted south of the border residents who drive with HI Beam headlights on. The glasses reduce the halo glare about 80%. However low beam LED Headlights are reduced by 90%. They work ok while wearing prescription clear glasses. Con: Label on right lens has a product label not removable and very distractive-Plastic frames for the cost I would have wanted wire frames-Purchase warranty cause of the track failure record for plastic frames. I tried the 20 dollar night driving glasses and didn't see any difference. So, I thought I would try one more time to get some effective glasses for night driving. I could not believe the difference. These really work. They also come in a nice zippered case. Gary Read more
These are a literal life saver! The first night I had to use them it was raining. I was so thrilled I could actually see the road and surroundings thanks to these! I had tried many other ones that claimed to work but none worked with the LED head lights or high beams. These do fit over my prescription glasses but it is tight fight with my frames being a little larger. I have recommended them to everyone I know who struggle with driving blindness especially with the new LED headlights that are so bright that they blind you. I would gladly buy them again if anything was to happen to them. I feel that my children and I are safer when I have to drive when it is dark or raining out now as well as other drivers on the road!
