This is the third pair of orthotic insoles, the second for me. (My wife got the other one.) Why two? I have two pairs of shoes I wear often, and I wanted one insole for each. With this experience, I can review the healrecux insoles with confidence. The most essential element for me is high arch support, and these are just right for my needs. They are sturdily made, unlike the thin cushions that come with new shoes, so I expect that they will last. These insoles are not only durable, but also comfortable. The cushioning is noticeable. The instructions suggest lacing your shoes loosely, and that fits with my experience. I was fortunate that they did not require cutting for my shoe size. However, the instructions are clear (and readable) on how to cut them if needed. I can see no problems with them unless you weigh more than 240 lbs. That is their stated limit. Also, the instructions recommend replacing them every two months. That might make sense for some people, but not me. Read more
