I was trying to find ways to diet and I came across this product. I wanted to stay below 1200 calories. I purchased this product and the taste is not bad but it is not great either. The part I don't like is that the meat is hard. I microwave it as directed but the meat still comes out a bit hard hard, especially chicken. Not good! I am ok with the taste and sometimes I get the item when it is on sale in Amazon Fresh. It is not an Amazon product so they don't get the blame but the manufacturer of this item should probably include better quality meats in their product.
