This is hands down my puppy’s favorite toy. We got it the day we brought him home, and he still sleeps with it every single night. 🐶💤 We used the heartbeat feature for about the first week to help him settle in, and it definitely seemed to comfort him. After that, we stopped using the heartbeat, but he still keeps the puppy with him all the time. It’s basically his security buddy now. The toy itself is soft, a good size, and has held up well to daily cuddling. Even without the heartbeat turned on, he clearly loves it and chooses it over his other toys when it’s time to sleep. My 7-year-old rescue girl suddenly started having a hard time sleeping throughout the night. She is already on a lot of other medication’s for anxiety and arthritis, so I didn’t want to add any more pills into the mix. I wasn’t quite sure how she would take to this, as she’s also an aggressive chewer. Within an hour of introducing the new friend to her, I found her sleeping soundly on my bed, cuddled up with it! This was one of the best recommendations we got when bringing our puppy home! He absolutely loves it — he naps with it during the day and sleeps with it every single night. The soft plush material feels cozy, and the little heartbeat feature really does help calm him down, especially when we first started crate training. Love the stuffed animal, soft, cute, definitely good quality. The heartbeat is sweet, not loud. Unfortunately it didn’t seem to soothe the puppy. He will have to learn to self soothe and is doing well I might add. Patience with love has gotten us through. Read more
Works great for my new puppy when settling in for the night in her crate. Its more budget friendly also then some of the others and works just the same. Also used it for my deaf puppy at one time. My 8 week old puppy was so loud during the night in his kennel. We immediately got this the following day and though he still whines a little bit (has had the heartbeat bear for 2 weeks now) it doesn't last as long and he sleeps most nights either on it or sleeping right next to it. He is a teether and we have had 0 issues with him tearing it apart. It's also so nice that it is washable. You just open the velcro and take out the heartbeat and throw it in the washer. So far so good! My little foster dog was not settling down at night after being separated from his buddies. I found this and thought I’d give it a try. He slept with it all night! The heart beat is really cool and in a sturdy container. I’ve decided to pick it up during the day, so it’s only a night time buddy. We’ll see how it goes.
