Good value for the money, used for resin. I’ve found that with extended use the gun gets overheated and has to be unplugged to cool for some time or it will not turn on. It can get VERY HOT, so care should be taken when handling. In terms of being used for resin, if money is not a problem I would suggest maybe looking at different guns. This one is okay, but from videos I’ve seen for others this one seems to be blowing air significantly harder (like a hair dryer) and this heat gun tends to blow the still liquid resin around more than I’d like Read more
This has worked great with my resin projects. Heats up quickly and helps with removing bubbles. Be careful not to get too close or you will have resin everywhere. And follow directions to only use for a few minutes at a time. Read more
