A Fantastic Heated Jacket with Great Comfort, Battery Life, and Value

The media could not be loaded. I bought the “Heated Jackets for Men, Mens Heated Jacket with Battery Pack included, 8 Heat Zones, Heat Coat for Winter Outdoor” at the end of November 2025, and at around $120, I think it’s a terrific value. Right from the moment you open the package, it makes a great impression. It comes in a small suitcase-style box that looks like a mini briefcase, and I can’t wait to repurpose it. If you were giving this as a gift, the presentation alone would earn you instant brownie points. The battery pack even comes in its own small pouch, which is handy for travel or for storing something else. From top to bottom, the whole setup feels thoughtful and well-made. I already own a heated vest, but it’s a bit bulky for my taste. I kept wishing for something lighter, and this jacket turns out to be exactly what I wanted. It’s thinner, more comfortable, and the dual heating zones with high, medium, and low settings make it easy to stay warm without overheating. My vest uses the same size battery as this jacket, and I’ve worn the vest for about six hours on low and medium without it dying, so I expect similar performance from this jacket. I also appreciate that you can swap in other battery packs you may already own. I have a larger 30,000 mAh pack for my camera gear and phone, and I could use that if I needed extra runtime. You definitely aren’t limited to just the included battery. The only design flaw I’ve noticed is the placement of the battery in an outer pocket. That’s usually where I’d want to keep my phone or gloves, so I wish there were an inside pocket dedicated to the battery instead. It’s not a major issue for me and doesn’t affect my five-star rating, but it’s something that could make the jacket even better. The fit is excellent. I’m 5'6" and around 160 pounds, and the large fits me perfectly with either a shirt and sweatshirt underneath or just a shirt. The jacket hits me at mid-thigh, which matches how it looks in the listing photos, so the description was accurate. The hood fits well, the jacket is comfortable, and everything about it feels well thought out. In terms of value, this jacket sits in that sweet middle spot. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but the battery life, quality, and comfort make the price feel fair. Some sellers offer cheaper heated jackets without clearly listing the battery size, which usually means the battery won’t last long. This one gives you enough power for real use without an inflated price tag. If I could give it more than five stars, I would, because it delivers on everything it promises and then some. Read more

Game changer for cold Indio mornings

I ordered this for those freezing 5 AM starts before the sun comes up. The 8 heat zones cover everything, neck, back, and pockets. I can walk the dog in a t-shirt and this jacket and be perfectly comfortable. I love the "Dual-Control" feature. Once the sun comes out and it warms up a bit, I can turn off the back heaters but keep the front pockets warm for my hands. It’s sleek enough to wear with my work uniform, and it doesn't look like bulky hiking gear. Even without the heater on, the shell is surprisingly good at blocking the wind. Read more

Excellently warm

This is a great coat, been testing it out for a month in the winter. The battery pack sits in the left pocket and is ample charge to last for a long outing. The heat zones hit the spots. You actually can get pretty hot in there if you are shoveling snow. I even tried this coat without the battery wearing only normal clothes underneath in 20 degree F weather for a walk around the neighborhood and it was warm. I did not feel cold on my torso or arms at all. The sleeves are especially comfortable with the interior cuffs on the end, they feel nice and prevent heat loss while also giving a little shelving to cover the gloves/wrist. The coat itself fit well and covered mid thigh up to my head. Right now, with a coupon, going for less than $55, this is a very good value. Read more

Nice Heated Coat/Jacket But Not Perfect

Very nice heated coat! Don't expect it to burn you up but it definitely adds some heat. And the coat is really nice quality itself! The dual zones, 8 heating areas and different power levels are very comprehensive coverage. Although, I don't really see using it on the lower power levels much. Just on high or off. The foilish/silverish looking back part on the inside is fine/no weird feeling. The fit is about as expected. I am average size and usually wear a large or XL and decided to take a gamble on an extra large because I am tired of tight-fitting clothes, and it is too big for me (of course). So, this XXL should fit large guys but not really large. There is no owner's manual or guide included but it is pretty simple to use and the coat has operating/use instructions sewn into it (see attached picture). You have two USB A outputs on the battery and one USB C input for charging. It charges at about 10.5 watts which is pretty decent but it still takes a pretty long while to charge. Speaking of the battery, it lasted for a little less than 3 hours on high for me. I think the ad says 4 hours. It has 4 charge indicators. Ad says battery is UL listed but I did not see the mark on there. Coat sleeves are very nice in that the ends are insulated for more warmth. Detachable hood is nice. Hood has a zipper and velcro locking its tabs in on both sides and it has the pull tassels. Coat has a nice inside zipper pocket and it has an overlap and velcro seal over the main zipper joining the left and right sides of the coat which is very impressive (for extra warmth). Speaking of the zipper, now for a few criticisms: The "dual zipper" is kind of funky (see attached picture). It works but I don't see why it is needed or helpful. And my biggest criticism would be that I wish the battery had its own pocket. The battery goes in the left front pocket - opposite the right front pocket. I don't like that. Both front pockets do have zippers as do the upper left side inside and outside pockets. All pockets are felt lined/very soft. The exterior is like a waterproof fabric with the slick feel typical for this type of coat. The battery is pretty light, which is nice. Oh, and it does get kind of hot during discharge, especially around the plug area but in this case the more heat the better. The coat starts warming up pretty quickly. I'd say 10-15 minutes for full heat. The arms seem to take a little longer to warm up. Overall, seems like a good product - a warm coat with the benefit of added heat. Oh, one last thing I will mention and it might just have to do with my preference but I am not crazy about the heating element on the neck. I think it is because unless you are wearing a high collar shirt or turtleneck sweater underneath the coat, the element sits right on your neck (and can seem kind of hot). Read more
