These leggings are very nice. They are well constructed with good quality material. They're a nice fit, a good amount of spandex, comfortable, warm and I love the high waist. The sizing is accurate for me. Medium is my size and I would recommend these to anyone who wants a good quality product. I did exercises that required a lot of movements and these leggings fared well. No tares, no rolling down on the waistline just good support. I love the seaming and pockets. The material is nice and thick with good compression. Actually too good around my waist. I originally ordered these in a medium as suggested from my prior purchases but didn’t like the slightly loose fabric through the hip and thighs. I returned the medium and ordered a small which I now regret. (I’m 5’2”, 123 but have a belly) I can feel the elastic that’s threaded through the waistband digging in.
