I am a 40DD and got an XL. I have wide shoulders for my height (5.0") so I don't normally like racerbacks, but I thought maybe if this is adjustable this might be okay. It works! Normally with racerbacks the straps pull down on my neck muscles instead of my shoulders, giving me massive headaches. This does NOT do that. It's quite comfortable, allows free movement without falling down. It's not a high impact bra, but if you want something for low impact stuff like weightlifting, walking, or around the house, this would be perfect. The cups are removable too, which is not my personal preference, but some people prefer that over sewn in cups so. I don't mind it, and it keeps the girls in place well enough. I really cannot believe that this top fit me. I am a 40DD, and I typically can't find tops with built-in bras that fit me. This top actually had my size, which already shocked me, and it was super comfortable too! I wore the Healthyoga top all day with no issues. If you're like me and don't do yoga, I recommend this top for everyday wear and pair it with your favorite cardigans or flannels in winter or just as is for a hot summer day. Expect to buy a few colors in these comfortable tops because they will become your new favorite! The package came in a Healthyoga bag (pictured above). The top is cropped, and the built-in bra is padded for extra support. The fabric is stretchy and soft, so it is comfortable to move in. But most of all, the Healthyoga top holds everything together. I wear 36D and ordered a Medium. Glad that the straps are adjustable and the sports bra fits nicely EXCEPT the band was 1.0"-1.5" too tight for me. Large however would've been too big. The solution? ...an easy fix with a bra extender! Now it's a perfect fit. Soft & comfy material, great price, decent support and (removable) padded cups with the right amount of thickness. Read more
I’ve gotten 2 different sizes of these bras. Medium and large. Here is why I rated this a three. As far as material and comfort go it’s great. Would absolutely recommended it. The only issue I have with it is the bottom part feels correct as far as sizing goes, but the straps are loose. The back straps that go over your shoulder I feel are a size up making the bra and uncomfortable fit. Especially the more you wear it the looser they get. But, everyone likes their clothing to fit different. This was just my opinion of it, as I like it a bit tighter around the straps. Read more
I ordered a M size for 34DD bra size. I wore it once for a dance class and for lifting weights. Fabric feels extremely soft. It provided enough support- not sure how it will work for high intensity workouts. The band around the chest is thick and doesn’t leave skin rashes like others with narrower bands. Also, the adjustable shoulder straps are very helpful to keep the girls in place. I loved the color! It is such comfortable sport bra!! . No doubt I’m gonna order more. Read more
This top checked all the boxes for me. I'm a 34 B, got a medium, and it fits well. It's very comfortable for weightlifting. I like to wear it on pull/back days because the racerback is very flattering for the lats. The padding is perfect for me, and so is the material. I enjoy the feel of a sports bra but with more of the coverage of a crop tank. All at a very affordable price. No complaints. Read more
The material is really strange, it's not like a normal sports bra. Almost more like micro fiber and I can't imagine that's good for your skin if you're sweating. It feels like it would trap it in. I also would NOT recommend sizing up like some of the reviews say, it'll be way too big. Overall, not impressed, sadly. Read more
