I do a lot of walking and have often had socks fail me, such as around the cuff where the elastic starts breaking down, and then they'll slip down your ankle and into your shoe. These have not done that after a couple of months of use, and I have found them to be well made, comfortable, and a good addition to my sock drawer. I've reordered a second batch of them to replace my other black ankle socks because I've been so happy with these.
