This item excels as a sturdy and compact adjustable dumbbell rack. I needed a rack small enough to fit inside a 2'-deep coat closet, but strong enough to hold one (and at some point possibly two) 80-pound Nuobell adjustable dumbbell(s). This fits the bill perfectly, is well-made, was fairly well-packed, and included all of the hardware and tools necessary to assemble it. Assembly was relatively quick, and the Nuobell cradle extends only about 1 1/2" beyond the back of the rack (much less than it extends beyond the supports on the Nuobell-brand stands, which I also have). Additionally, the course fabric lining on top provides significant grip. And, I’m even able to store a pair of 1 1/4-pound Micro Gainz magnetic weights—designed specifically for Nuobells—on the front. If you're looking for a sturdy but compact rack that fits a wide variety of adjustable dumbbells, I highly recommend this one! NOTE FOR NUOBELL USERS: If you use this rack for Nuobell(s), just be aware that because it slopes down from back to front, the Nuobell plates remaining in the cradle towards the back of the rack will lean towards the front of the rack just a tiny bit once you’ve removed the Nuobell(s), requiring that you push back on them a little as you begin to lower the Nuobell(s) back into the cradle. I really like the three layer rack but did give it four stars mainly because the upper padding did start ripping from the screws holding it down almost right away (Will get some Velcro for it later), and instructions could’ve been more clear. Read the height wasn’t great on other review posts but have to say I’m 6’3 and find this 3 layer version is great height for me adjusting my dumbbell weight. Fairly easy to put together overall, but directions weren’t much help. I attached a photo of the screw, washers, and nut setup I found online as it comes with two washers and no instructions on specifically where each washer goes on the screw. Will likely get extra padding for the bottom two shelves as well with Velcro later too as the metal bottoms scratch easy but not a huge issue. I have two Eisenlink adjustable dumbbells with extra plates totaling 220lbs and an adjustable kettlebell totaling 70lbs. Plenty of room for adjusting my dumbbell weight on the top. Holds it all perfectly with room for more. Seems stable and sturdy for what I need it for which is pictured. This is my opinion on first day getting it so will definitely update this post if it proves not up to expectation. Read more

This thing was so easy to put together I did it all on my own. It's not too big it's not too small and it could hold a whole lot of crap on it. The height is just right the size everything it's really stable as well. Would definitely recommend. Get it while it's hot! Read more
I got this thing to get some relatively light weights (15 and 35 lb. dumbbells) off the floor. Assembly was straightforward (especially when someone as dumb as me realizes which washers go where and for what reason) and the whole thing is solid powder coated metal. No problems so far with any kind of instability or weakness. Now, I wouldn't throw a 100 lb. dumbbell at it but it works for what I need it for. They include this sort of felt surface to add to the top but I sort of wished they did the same for the second shelf as well. And regardless of what something like this is made of or how sturdy it is, you're going to want to balance out the weight a bit (i.e., not put all the heaviest stuff on the top and put nothing below). I haven't had a problem with it but I just feel like there's a risk under the right circumstances that would make this a bit easier to tip over if you bump into it the right way. All in all, though, I'd recommend it to help organize weights if you don't want or can't afford some gym style weight shelf made for a specific weight set. Read more
Looks good and works great. Had a small scratch on the bottom and the bag with the screws and such was ripped so it made it fun finding all of it… but ultimately, it is exactly what I wanted. My adjustable dumbbells fit perfectly. Read more
Way too tall. I'm 6' tall and getting weights off the top rack is not what you want when you're lifting weights as there's less leverage than there should be. More importantly the height makes the unit fence table with heavyweights on the top shelf. My unit find one leg that started buckling so I had to remove the weights. On a separate design note the screws are too long and stick out below the shelves where you can scrape your hands on them. Instructions are poor. Read more
