I work at my desk a lot, so I needed something to protect my hard floor from the chair wheels. The mat arrived slightly curled, but it flattened out within about 30 minutes after I laid it down. It was very easy to install, just unroll and place it. The mat feels sturdy, stays flat, and my chair rolls smoothly on it. It’s clear and blends nicely with the floor. I bought my step son a computer chair for his laptop so he could game more comfortably. However he was scratching up the hard wood floor so I told him he can't use the chair till the mat came. Thank you foe this. It works great and keeps the hard wood from getting further damaged. Its quite durable. We just had to roll it out and turn the other way to flatten it. Pretty easy. It came rolled, not folded as shown in the video. I'd rather deal with one fold than a roll. It's kind of soft, but doesn't slide on the carpet. "Heavy-Duty" is a bit of a stretch. Read more
This and any other mat that is shipped in roll is total garbage. Don't waste your time, money and energy trying to get this flimsy crap to sit flat on any surface. Even if you could get this mat to flatten, it can't support the weight of a chair without bending and flexing making rolling the chair impossible. Read more
