I ordered this steam cleaner and it literally never showed up. The product got lost in transit. Fine, so I order it again and the replacement comes with no packing box, the box is damaged and the sealing sticker that says it is not sellable if seal is torn, is completely torn open. Now I’m supposed to email some random person at Vminno to talk to them about the seal being broken. What is my time worth at this point? I decide to just open and use the cleaner anyways and parts are missing. I’m missing the metal ring piece to hold on the wand attachment that I would have wanted to use. What a nightmare.
