The fabric is very well made along with the zippers! The material is strong and tight stitching. This item has strong straps on top and bottom easy for travel and can fold if needed to carry by both straps. Easy to fold when not in use. Plenty of room in the bags for more than one suit or dress. This material could only be waterproof because nothing could get in these bags. I guess you could also use this item for just about anything to store clothes in like you would in a suitcase. Zippers are nice but bag length is short. Maybe good for men's shorter clothes but not for women's dresses, unless they're mini skirts. Read more
I was able to fit 2 dresses, 2 pair of pants (not jeans), my make up (I don’t use a ton of make up, tho) and other toiletries, pjs (top & pants) 2 tops, undies, 1 pair of flats, sneakers, and socks. And I was able to close it. My book, computer, and rest I carried on my backpack. The close were not wrinkled, the material is not super thick, but it is a good value for your money. Fabulous, wonderful, amazing garment bag! After using cheap thin plastic garment bags for years, this is a major upgrade. The material is thick and sturdy, and holds PLENTY of clothes; enough for both my husband and me to pack dresses, jackets, tops, and pants for several days away. The straps are sturdy, it’s easy to carry, and there’s the option to strap it up to avoid dragging. I also like that the zipper can be zipped from the top or bottom.
