My son ordered this for his apartment. He set it up as soon as it arrived. We noticed the lift motor was not working as it should be. We contacted Amazon & the Seller. Our issue was processed right away, and a replacement was at our door within days!! It was my first damaged product ever so I wasn’t sure about the process, and could probably followed the process better. On another note, the replacement was in 100% working order. My son enjoyed his desk and the quality for a reasonable price. He’s a working, full-time college student and was looking for a desk that will serve him thru his college years, at the same time being financially wise. He is extremely happy with his purchase. He’s had it for a few weeks and has used it every day. He said the entire product was easy to assemble, and the lift motor is quiet and smooth. I purchased this on September 8, 2024, and I’m writing this review on March 23, 2025. The desk is a solid addition to my home office. Assembly was simple, the height adjustment works smoothly, and it’s the perfect size for a two-monitor setup. I really love this desk! It is very sturdy. The electric movement is really seamless. I bought and added the drawers for organization! The only thing I don’t love is that the table top is two pieces that you screw together so there’s a little line in between but not a biggie. Lastly, I put it together alone. I had to downsize from a 55 inch desk to a 40 inch. This size is perfect for the work I do. The quality of the table is sturdy. I have 2 24 inch monitors on monitor arms and a laptop + laptop stand. It took a few tries over a couple days to get the up-down rod to fit and do its job but once I did - holy awesome upgrade from my cheapo little desk. Little desk now goes in guest room A & I get to stand on my awesome padded mat - highly recommend that! And even with what 8-13 hours of meetings a day I’m not tired standing because I can adjust up and down and love the padded mat also from Amazon. I thought I’d grow tired but I don’t. Nice health investment. Impressive price. Very pretty looking! Great desk for the value for the first few weeks of owning it! The ease of assembly and use are great. It's the perfect size for what I need for my home office. The only issue is I was raising it one day and it started bending and some of the screws came out. It's is not an assembly error, I think it just not as sturdy as it could be. He slight bend pictured above, its slowly coming apart everyday. I'm still talking with the seller for a resolution but it's not looking promising... I am disappointed because I genuinely liked the desk prior to this incident. They unfortunately do not have replacement parts so I have to just watch it slowly fall a part instead... I'm hoping the team will do the right thing and allow a replacement or proper refund. I needed a standing desk, not just a regular desk... EDIT.. The seller is very difficult to work with when I had an issue and will not answer simple questions. It's not worth the headache.
