I was hoping to wear these for a Christmas party. Ordered the size Amazon recommended and they fit perfectly. Just a bit long for me wearing flats but perfect with heels. Think that means they'll be a bit too long for most people. The fit was fantastic. The fabric felt great and flowed beautifully. If I were in my twenties I would have kept them but I'm past that and the pants are see through. I got the black. In order for me to not be showing stuff I don't want to show I would have to wear full length Spanx under them. That's just not something I'm going to do. I was looking for a dressy pair of pants that wouldn't break the bank, and these fit the bill. They fit true to size, are comfortable, have pockets (!), and the best part for me is that the length is perfect - which pretty much is never the case for me with pants. I'm 5'1" tall, so it's a constant struggle to find pants that aren't too long - even petite pants. I ordered the short version of my size, and they fall at that perfect spot where I can wear flats if I want to, but can still wear heels without the pants being short. I'm very happy with this purchase. But... I had to dock a star because of the shipping. These come packaged in a clear thin plastic pouch with vent holes. You know, the very basic packaging to keep the pants clean/protected. Well, someone over at Amazon decided that they'd go ahead and ship the pants to me by slapping a shipping label on that plastic pouch and calling it a day. No Amazon mailer, not even a poly mailer, and certainly not a padded mailer, or box. I mean, I'm all for minimizing packaging but this was unacceptable. It would have been SO easy for that plastic pouch to have been torn, and given that the pants are of a delicate fabric, them having been seriously damaged. It's actually pretty astounding to me that the pants got to me clean and undamaged. Amazon constantly ships me items well packaged in their own box... inside another Amazon box, which is pretty wasteful, but they couldn't put these in a poly mailer?!? Ok, I'm done now. Read more
