I was in the market for a pair of pants suitable for everyday summer wear when I am not comfortable in shorts. For reference, I am 5ft 1in, 112lbs, 35 bust, 26 waist, 36 hip. I ordered the small pant in beige. The fit: I love that they lay nice and flat in front. The legs are nicely tapered without being too skinny. They are much longer on me than they are in the picture. Because I am short, the pants fit me like regular-length pants which is fine for me. The fabric: Good, medium-weight linen. The workmanship: Flawless. Misc: These will be very comfortable and versatile for summer. Bottom Line: Great pants! I recommend them. I hope my review has been of some help. These pants were absolutely great. Just loose enough to be comfortable and beautifully lightweight. Perfect really, to the point that I bought a second pair immediately. Unfortunately though, I then washed them and I’ve now had $60 literally flow down the drain. Both pairs shrank to a point where I can no longer wear them. Really a 3.5-star that I'm upgrading to 4-star since there's more to like than not. The "not": #1. thick cotton-linen fabric that's not that soft & only somewhat comfy #2. particular laundry-care instructions (i.e., cold wash, no tumble dry) #3. Beige color makes pants kinda see-through #4. size XL has wider legs than the size pants the model of its Amazon product photos is wearing so legs aren't as slim-looking #5. its wide & stretchy waistband fits snugly on my apple-shape's wide waist The "like": #1. its cotton-linen fabric makes these pants breathable & good to wear for warm weather #2. the cotton-linen fabric gives it a bit of flowy effect &, thus, an attractive boho chic look #3. washing it in warm washer water & drying it on high heat resulted in it shrinking maybe about at least half an inch all over. So, the hem fits my petite figure better and looks more like longish capri pants on me now without having to roll the hem up like the product model did in the photos. #4. the Beige color lends a cooling color for warm Spring and summer that pairs well with a flowy top Recommended.
