This Hemlock Park Lavender room spray has a strong natural lavender scent. The scent is very clean, only smelling of lavender; however, it doesn't last very long (1-star deduction). I, personally, found using this in a humidifier essential oil tray was the most effective way to keep a medium-sized room (~200 sq. ft.) fragrant. While the product doesn't list its pH, I measured it to be ~6.5 pH, so within the neutral range. This refill bottle also doesn't list the ingredients, but they are available on the website and consist of water, fragrance, distilled vodka, and optiphen. For the fragrances, it references white sage and palo santo within the ingredients, but I don't pick up any woody or earthy/herbal smell besides lavender. Overall, this is a decent, clean scent from Hemlock Park that is a decent value proposition when compared to other boutique brands. While I may give other scents a try, I will stick to a different brand's lavender scent for my linens and bedroom, as the Hemlock Park doesn't work as well. Read more

This Lavender room spray refill smells amazing and is much appreciated in a household that has two dogs and a gassy husband. LOL. I filled four of my four-ounce amber glass room spray bottles and put two in each of the bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, and one in my office. It is said that the fragrance of lavender can be stress-relieving, and I believe that. I just visited the Hemlock store and saw that they have some amazing candles, soaps, and bath soaks that I would like to try. The fact that they are manufactured in the United States make me feel assured of their quality. This lavender fragrance is so luxurious that I think it could be used as a body spray; although, it is not marketed as a body spray. I spray our bedroom sheets and pillowcases before bed, and being surrounded by this fragrance is a really nice way to fall asleep after a tough day. This is a refill bottle for the original product. If you don’t already have the original spray container, you can still use this with any empty spray bottle you have at home like I did. Scent: This is labeled lavender, but to me it smells like lavender mixed with a “cleaning product / freshly-cleaned house” note. At first, I wasn’t a big fan of that combo, but I got more used to it over time. The upside is that it’s definitely strong, you can smell it right away, and it lingers in the air (so it’s not one of those sprays that disappears in 30 seconds). Performance / finish: One thing to know is the liquid isn’t clear, it’s milky/whitish. Because of that, if the mist lands on certain surfaces, it can leave visible white spots. I noticed it on mirrors and had to wipe them down, so I’d recommend spraying away from glass, glossy finishes, and anything you don’t want to clean afterward. I picked this up to top off my smaller glass misters and the sixteen ounces go a long way. The scent is definitely authentic lavender, smelling more like the actual plant than a sugary perfume.
