So I drive a lot for work and have easily went through 10 phone holders. Those cheap plastic ones always break after several months of using them. I seen this all metal one and had to try it. I was worried after ordering it that it wouldn’t be all metal like the description said but I got it and could feel it was gonna be nice when I picked up the box. I got this Mount out and assembled it. The suction lock is brilliant and feels like I could break my window if I pulled on the Mount hard enough, it’s on there tight! The entire mount is 100% high quality metal and built with care! Only parts that are not metal are the rubber grip that grips your device, the wing nut handles are plastic but nice plastic, and the rubber suction cup but is surrounded by metal. I love this phone holder so much and wish I would have just spent the extra month a long time ago instead of wasting on them junk cheap plastic ones. If you buy this phone Mount it will be the last one you ever buy! Yea it’s 15-20$ more than a plastic one but it is so worth it in the long run! You are getting the value for your money with this item being it will last forever! Easy to adjust while you are driving if you need to. I like these so much I have got my work outfitting all our work vans with them! Hands down the best quality phone Mount I have ever owned or seen! Just spend the extra money and get this you will not be upset with it! When I ordered I got my first one it was missing the 6” extension, I contacted support and had a replacement the next day. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY ON CHEAP PLASTIC MOUBTA THAT WILL BREAK WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR MAKING YOU BUY ANOTHER ONE. A nice heavy duty phone holder. I've had numerous cheap plastic ones and none were very stable or they seemed to wear out very quickly (especially the part that grabs the phone). I like the fact that it is made of metal and not plastic. The suction holds well on glass and not like those plastic GPS discs that came with GPS units like Garmin and TomToms, if you still have one in your vehicle. I chose this one over other similar brands because, at the time, it was priced cheaper than similar brands. However, it comes with an extension arm, which you can choose to use. Works great well constructed the only hair in the soup would be not offering a MagSafe version or adapter, and then having the pleasure of going down the rabbit hole on Amazon of trying to find a MagSafe camera stand mount which none of them seem to be as good quality as this mount Read more

Solid metal construction, all moving parts. Doesn’t vibrate excessively when attached to my windshield. Like a plastic version I purchased. Very firm hold. Easily adjustable for my sedan. Didn’t need arm extension but nice to have. Uses suction cup adhesion (smooth surface) and not a chemical sticky goo gunk, so you can remove it and re apply it with no issues.
