PRO: I'll say straight away that these do actually work on my 4 month old puppy. 1) He's calmer overall after taking them and licks my hand instead of gnawing on it, which I appreciate. It seems like his brain is quieter, and without all of the puppy neural insanity going on, he can actually comply with my requests without other impulses overriding them. 2) Whatsmore, he loves them A LOT, which is slightly problematic since I can only give him a limited amount per day. These are definitely a "high value" treat to him. I often give them before crate time and when he sees me opening the jar he RUNS full speed into the crate and waits. Total addict. It's a little scary. CON: 1) They stink. Hand washing afterwards is required. 2) It's not just "calming" that's achieved--my pup also seems a little disoriented and lacks full coordination on these. For example, they make him thirsty and when he tries to approach his water bowl, both of his front paws end up IN the bowl while he drinks (this only happens while under the influence of these treats). They also make him prone to confusion, like not recognizing objects he's otherwise very familiar with. Yes, I'm giving him the recommended number of treats. Don't even. Read more

I love these hemp treats. And so does my dog. Here's the reason. My dog Mikey was paralyzed a year ago. He jumped the fence to get the bear. A nine foot fence. The next day I woke up to have m unable to walk. The Drs. Said he had a spinal stroke. They didn't know if you'd ever walked again. He was not quite 6 years old we saw three doctors and they all told me I should think about putting him down. I refused and after 6 months of holding him and working his paralyzed legs and being patient with him. I found these hemp treats. And I had been giving him plain glucosamine that I switched up to these streets. Last December he started walking again and he's done nothing but improve. We are so lucky. I really feel these hemp treats because of the hemp. Helped his muscles in his body relax at night so he could get restorative sleep and help him heal. Now he's walking up and down the stairs and he's improving every day. I know this is a long review to read. But these things really work I've tried a lot of stuff for my dogs and over the years. But I give him these about 6:00 7:00 at night and he has a really good sleep and he wakes up energetic and I really feel they're helping him heal. He's a young dog but my 10 year old dog takes them too. My dogs are very happy and they feel very rested in the morning and energetic. If you have an old dog that's having a hard time walking you really need to try these. Don't give them to him in the morning. Give them to him around 7:00 at night so they could have a restorative sleep. Just like us. Read more

This review is coming from the owner of two 100+ lb littermate Rottweilers, so we are definitely familiar with high-octane dog energy. If your pups cycle between deep sleep and sudden, cracked-out zoomies, these chews might be your new best friend. We use these chews for two main scenarios: 1. Daily Over-Excitement / Sibling Rivalry Sometimes the play wrestling gets a little too worked up, or they start chasing each other around the house like possessed horses. Giving them a chew provides a reliable, gentle transition to quiet time without making them drowsy or lethargic. 2. Storm and Firework Anxiety (Acute Stress) This is where they really shine. Both dogs get anxious and panicked during loud summer thunderstorms or holiday fireworks. We administer the chews preemptively when we know a storm is approaching. Speed: They are fast-acting. We notice the effects—a visible reduction in pacing, panting, and shaking—within about 45 minutes to one hour. This is faster than several other brands we've tried. Taste: My dogs are ridiculously picky, but they love these. They gobble them down immediately, which is a massive relief when trying to calm an anxious dog. No need to hide them in cheese or peanut butter. Quality: The chews are soft and pliable, not hard and crumbly like some supplements. They have a strong herbal scent, but it doesn't seem to deter the dogs at all. If you need a reliable way to help your big dogs come down from doing "crackhead dog things," or if you need an emergency calming aid for noise-related anxiety, these are fantastic. Highly recommend them for large, hyperactive, or noise-sensitive breeds. Read more

Our family Rottie normally will eat anything you give her but she hesitated with these. Instead of eating the four I offered her immediately she uncharacteristically picked them from my hand one by one, set them on the floor and ate them individually after balking at the smell. I eventually coaxed her into trying them and she definitely noticed a difference and started specifically begging for them the next day. It has only been a week and her mobility has improved tremedously. For an 11 year old she isn't quite puppy active again but it definitely shed a few years off of her joints. Read more

2 stars because it does not work just if you need it for one day. 3 stars for value and count. I have 4 dogs and I’ve given them 1 more than recommended for a few days now and I’m not seeing anything different. I think I have some crazy dogs 🥴 Read more
