I was ready to give this beautiful chair a 5 star review. Everything about this chair is wonderful, it was so easy to assemble thanks to the straight forward instructions. You can tell the company strives for customer satisfaction in the meticulous packaging of all the contents in the box. The chair itself is flawless in color, fabric and quality. And it arrived sooner than expected. But what the one reason I bought this chair is because it advertised the height adjustment reaching a 23.3" maximum height and that's what I needed. But unfortunately my chair only reaches 22" exactly. I tried over and over to get it adjusted higher but it will not go higher than 22". It leaves me sitting awkwardly lower at my desk than required. And I could have chosen from many other chairs bc most do go up to 22" but I needed the extra inch so I bought this one. I like the chair a lot so I'm going to keep it but I'm very disappointed. Arrived a week ahead of time. Chair and all parts wrapped well and in great shape from transit. Very easy to put together. There is a little wrinkling on the material on the backrest but it is not enough to make me want to return it. It is not noticeable with the chair pushed to the desk and the chair is really beautiful. I am 5’, 94 lbs and the chair has room for me plus some. I do find the seat slightly hard but I have no padding in my rear if you get my drift. I think for most people it would be fine. I will just add a cushion. I love the back as it has plenty of support and that is important for me as I do have back problems and pain. Overall I made a great choice with this chair.
