Awful product and worse customer experience.

I bought this generator for my off-grid homestead. My wife and I are depending on these stations to work, and if not, then the company to uphold their warranty. The first unit I was sent was defective within a few months. I returned the unit, the replacement unit has also gone out. I am well within the warranty time, but all I have gotten from this company is runaround and now silence. I have sent a dozen emails and requests with pics and videos of the issues. This is unacceptable and a waste of money. Buyer beware, and Amazon, my advice, rethink carrying any items from Hepway. I am now the owner of a $1400 paperweight. I would spend the extra money on a unit from a company with integrity. Read more

Just pick one up this is powerful battery genset I can tell you this once ive had it set up with one extra battery . I was ready and knew me and my family is safe from blackouts . See I own 2 propane genset 1 gas my first that ran 10 days back when we had a the big storm . 5 yep five battery gensets there is no better feeling then . When you put a plug into the set you purchase it powers whatever you plug into it . This is a great product . You can feel the quality the moment you touch it . But it . With the extra battery and build from there . If your in an apartment building . Recharging may be an issue . Get a 2200 Honda inverter. Used or new . And you will have power for days get extra batteries . Every battery you buy will be one more level of comfort knowing all the food in your fridge the tv and the lights will be on .
