For a $75 yoga ball, this thing is quite terrible. The zipper is difficult to use, after inflating the ball as per the directions, you must then zip the ball's outer cover. It's really not that easy to accomplish as the fully inflated ball resists you zipping it up. But that doesn't even compare to the main issue, which is the rapid and significant air loss. I have pumped this thing so many times only for it to last a maximum of 20-30 minutes. It leaks air like it's made of swiss cheese. For a company to be selling a product like this that has been designed for herding/working dogs to be nipping and running with, these poor quality results are unacceptable. Just don't with this one. I ordered mine directly from the collie ball website. I had some issues with inflation, I thought the inner ball was too small and other problems/confusion, but customer support is great. Very responsive and very helpful. Once we got it going, our Australian Shepherd loves it. Read and follow the instructions and if you have trouble or questions, send an email to customer support. The email address is on their website. It's worth the effort. This is the best, most enriching toy our big dog has ever had. He gets so excited when we get it out. The little dogs (a Frenchie and a terrier) chase him around barking when he plays with it, so they all get a work out. The first few days of play we really had to play with him, rolling it back and forth between us and let him chase it but he eventually got the hang of it and took control. One note: it comes with a small hand pump, if you order the largest size it will take days to fill it using that. I ordered an etenwolf air pump for sports balls. well worth the $20 The inner ball seems very durable and heavy duty. The outer lining is also very durable and heavy duty fabric. Our dog destroys everything, toys, food dishes, patio furniture, swing sets. He cannot damage this. When properly inflated, there are no wrinkles or edges for him to get ahold of with his teeth. This is a garbage product. The only thing more useless than the ball itself is Collieball’s customer service. The materials used for the inner ball and the covering are cheap and shoddy. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I encourage people who read this review to look for an alternative. Read more
