This high waisted bikini is both adorable and supportive, so it's perfect if you're a little self conscious but want to challenge yourself to wear a bikini in public (like me!). The material is thick enough to provide support for your chest and belly and the back of the bottoms covers your booty all the way (huge plus for me). It's stretchy but holds its shape and is true to size. The color is bold and yet somehow understated; the colored stripes being vivid-- but combined with the cream color base, it's not loud or flashy. This is a cute bathing suit, but it seems to run a little big and there's not really a good way to adjust it down, especially since it's big around the ribcage. But the fabric is nice and smooth, and the colors are pretty and bright. This one will have to be for sitting by the pool and probably not swimming. It does offer good coverage, particularly the bottoms. The top is also nice, I like the tie behind the neck and the twist styling. Read more

This suit brings to mind the Mad Men swimsuit campaign, "So well built, we can't show you the top floor." Well, it's not 1964, and this top floor is very modest at any rate. The cut and stripes give it a midcentury feel, and yes, it can be sexy with the right attitude. The fit and coverage is reminiscent of a tankini, especially on me. The bottoms easily cover my abdominal scar, and my love handles. The top feels very secure, too. I would feel comfortable swimming, playing volleyball, or doing a cannonball in the pool without worrying if the top would fall off. I ordered a Medium and my stats are as follows: 5'5" tall, 130lbs, 38" chest, 30" waist, 36" hips. It fits great. I might even wear top separately, with high waisted shorts, which makes it a great vacation piece since it can work double-duty. I quite liked this bikini! I'm not a small person and I'm a little leery of how my stomach looks, so I really liked the high-waisted bottoms. They didn't slip around or anything while I wore it, but I was just chilling in a hot tub, so I didn't test it in a high-movement environment. That also applies to the halter top—the knot seemed very secure, but I didn't move around in the water a lot to test that. Still, my chest, which is also not small, felt nicely supported by this, and that alone is a testament to the strength of the knot. I can also say that the colors were bright and crisp and didn't run at all in the hot tub. I got lots of compliments, too! I felt and looked good. I got this swimsuit for my wife, and she really likes the overall look and feel of it. The material is thick and stretchy, and it feels well made without being heavy. The bottoms are high waisted with full coverage in the back, which she appreciated, and the stripes look bold but still pretty subtle against the lighter base color. That said, the support is just okay. The top has removable pads but no adjustable back, so there isn’t a ton of lift, and the bottoms don’t smooth quite as much as expected at the waist. I absolutely love this bathing suit! As a mom it’s hard to find a balanced bathing suit that is flattering and also a 2 piece. This suit fit perfectly for my size ordered (large). The bottoms fit well without being too tight, and they were high waisted and sat right at my belly button. The top was even better! As a normally size D cup size, this too was super supportive, comfortable, and form fitted. It really made me feel confident in a bathing suit which I haven’t felt in so long! For the price I’d say this is well worth it! The quality is great and it definitely seems like something I would purchase at target or a similar retailer. Read more
