HESHE responded to my prefious review of the following: "LOVE THE BAG, THE LOOK AND THE QUALITY UNTIL OVE OF THE STRAPS, WHICH WAS SEWN INTO THE TOP END OF THE BAG, TORE OFF. I WAS NOT PUTTING EXTRA WEIGHT ON THE STRAP. VERY DISAPPOINTING." They resposnded to me quickly and unexpectedly by offering me a refund or to send me a new purse. they asked that I send them a picture of the broken strap, which I did. they said they'd give the information to the factory so as to reinforse ore strenthen the weak seam for future purses, thanking me for my patience and help making thier product better. I asked for a new purse. I received it today, 2-3 weeks later. I do like the purse very much. iIt's not too big or too small. It easily fits my wallet, glasses, phone and various other items. The extra zippered pockets keep me from having to dig through a bunch of items to find the main things I need, glasses, phone and wallet. Keys are easily retrieved from the small zippered pocket. The purse is well made with butter soft leather. It has three pockets on the outside and three pockets inside. The size is great for everyday use. Perfect for my use. Read more

I have used this purse every day for months, and I really like its rich color, sturdy construction, and attractive lines. How I wish the manufacturer would make a medium-sized version just like it. This one is advertised as "Small" and it is. Two or three inches bigger in each dimension would be perfect. Read more

This is a beautiful purse. The leather is very nice and the color is true to what I expected. There is a lot of space in the compartments.. The only thing is I am short and the strap is pretty long, even Crossbody. Read more
