HESHE responded to my prefious review of the following: "LOVE THE BAG, THE LOOK AND THE QUALITY UNTIL OVE OF THE STRAPS, WHICH WAS SEWN INTO THE TOP END OF THE BAG, TORE OFF. I WAS NOT PUTTING EXTRA WEIGHT ON THE STRAP. VERY DISAPPOINTING." They resposnded to me quickly and unexpectedly by offering me a refund or to send me a new purse. they asked that I send them a picture of the broken strap, which I did. they said they'd give the information to the factory so as to reinforse ore strenthen the weak seam for future purses, thanking me for my patience and help making thier product better. I asked for a new purse. I received it today, 2-3 weeks later. I do like the purse very much. iIt's not too big or too small. It easily fits my wallet, glasses, phone and various other items. The extra zippered pockets keep me from having to dig through a bunch of items to find the main things I need, glasses, phone and wallet. Keys are easily retrieved from the small zippered pocket.
