Incredibly versatile! It heats evenly, cleans up easily, and the hybrid surface really does what it claims: great sear with easy release. Solid, well-built, and clearly designed to last. Works flawlessly on my stove and feels like a premium piece every time I use it. Worth the investment. Read more

I started replacing some inherited cookware this summer. I decided to go with Hexclad. I've been replacing pieces as I could afford it, plus some of my inherited pieces I kept because they weren't scratched up. I have to say I made a GREAT decision! These are the best. I replaced my stove this summer as well and went with an induction cooktop. The Hexclad never stick. It's incredible! It's easy peasy to clean. While they claim Hexclad can take metal utensils and are dishwasher safe, the instructions that come with them says if you want to maintain the new look of the cookware, you should use plastic/silicone-tipped utensils and hand wash the cookware. I've decided to do that because cleaning is so easy! Also, instructions say you should season all the cookware before using. Once again, very easy.Add 1 top of vegetable oil to the pan/pot and cover the inside. (I use a paper towel to spread it around.) Then place the oiled cookware on low heat for 3-4 minutes. That's it. Just clean out the oil (again, easy), rinse and dry. I will tell you, there's much less burning of food. The pots/pans are a little heavy (like cast iron), but it's well worth it. This cookware has made cooking fun again. Read more

My new go to pan for everything, from brown sauces or bechamel sauce to pancakes to roasting chili's or cooking potatoes. While I generally use silicone spatulas, metal utensils have done no damage to the coating. Hard to believe that it's non stick but pancakes and eggs slide right off.the see thru lid does stay cool even when cooking on high heat and they are tough enough to go into the oven. A perfect workhorse, I liked this one over a skillet because of its versatility, capacity with the higher sides and comes with a lid. Read more

Have used this Hexclad sauté pan 3 times and I have been very impressed. Can get a great sear on meat, food doesn't stick while cooking even with high temps and cleanup / washing is breeze. I have already ordered a new frying pan and 2 quart pan from Hexclad ! Time to retire my cast iron and Calphalon pans ! Read more

One of my most used pans. High quality. Not sure what I’ll order next. Cooks evenly. Easy cleaning. These pans are heavy. Not as heavy as cast iron though. Love it. Read more

Gordon Ramsey was right. Even I, a mere “donkey” can use this pan. I have not always been the best about pre-heating and this pan still works like a dream and is non-stick without a full “water dancing” preheat. it is a great pan for those you want something less risky than a full on teflon pan but are not fully on the stainless steel bandwagon. i have been using stainless for a few months now before buying this pan, and this pan definitely does make things a little easier to keep from sticking. stainless works great once it is preheated but even then, this pan seems more non-stick and hassle-free.
