After owning several professional knives and well known brands, I’ve become skeptical of gimmicky companies endorsed by celebrity chefs. With that said, I still love Gordon Ramsay and purchased this knife after being sent two Hexclads pans because the quality of said pans was very impressive. Right out of the box this knife is literally razor sharp. The weight distribution is dead even between blade and handle, even enough to balance on one finger. It’s slightly weighted for easier downward chopping. I can easily say I will be using this every day for veggie prep. Also I got this on sale and saved 50 bucks. The value for the price is absolutely worth it. I own a 300 dollar knife that just took a backseat to this one. Read more
