Super simple to put together, directions are very clear. It does take about 1/2 hour to put together once you have everything laid out and counted, which I always do since many times there is something missing in these types of kits, but this had everything. I recommend washing your wheels since they are rubber and came from the factory they had a bit of dust on them as you can see from the picture. It may not be an issue if you don’t have light colored carpet, but just a quick wipe down and they were clean. It says you need screw drivers but you do not it comes with the tools to assemble everything. The fabric bags are nice and big. They do have a bit of a factory type smell but I know that will go away in a few days since they were packaged tightly from the factory. I wheeled the laundry basket full of clothes over carpet & wood floor it slides super smooth. Note the wheels have the ability to breaks, so if it doesn’t slide easy check to be sure break it off. This serves it purpose but it’s super stable. Even all screwed in an out together the frame will sometimes shift. It’s just an okay product for the price. It is easy to roll, and I like that I can separate my clothes. Read more

One of the legs had a misdrilled hole (out of alignment). I had to get a couple of drill bits and drill another one in the correct height. I didn't want to send it back since it would end up in a landfill. The product seems to be "not aluminum" but it is very strong, some sort of thin steel. It will not stand up to one of my kids trying to "use it as a stepping stool" but it will hold a good amount of clothes. Other than the hole mishap, assembly went well. My 10 year old and I were done in 40 mins. The kids like it. The gray (for colors) is very dark and hard to tell the difference with the black one. I chose gray because I am a guy and I like dark colors. If I had to buy it again, I would get one that has a more noticeable color for the "colors" category. Read more
