Women's sizing, not men's or unisex.
The medium fits like a medium women's, not men's. I'm a woman with a smaller waist and wide hips -- these fit me okay on my waist but the second, lower down elastic waistband was tight on my hips and made some awkward bulges. It's also small-ish women's sizing: I wear a medium in stuff from US stores, but a large or XL in Amazon brands, and that's what I should have gotten here. Size up if you're a woman, size way way up if you're a guy. The length also doesn't seem very guy-friendly. I'm just over 5'9, somewhat tall for a woman but not for a man, and these are long enough only when I'm wearing them fully pulled down (so *without* the top level bunched up like it's shown in the photos). Looks kind of weird in my opinion. When I scrunch the top more, so it looks more normal, the pants don't even come all the way to my ankle bone. Very Milhouse. FYI there's also pretty prominent shiny cursive writing on the top layer across the abdomen -- see closeup photo. Fairly heavyweight fabric, FYI. Read more
