Small/Medium is the perfect fit for me at 5'6.5" 120-123 pounds. They are just long enough and fit perfectly at the waist even though I have a muffin top from weight loss. Fabric is smooth and soft as butter in summer. I can't speak to durability of this brand yet since I've only had them a short time, but I have others in the same fabric content that have held up well through several years of daily wear and weekly washing. Black has stayed true black through all the wear and washing of those. I expect these will be the same but can't say for now. I don't have any problems with bunching or wrinkling with activities, bending, twisting, cleaning house, etc. Recovering from surgeries so haven't had much chance to work out in them but have done PT and rode recumbent bike with good results. These are very thin fabric and are not meant for warmth, but exercise. I know there are some that are fleece lined that are warmer, these are not. The waist portion is supposed to provide tummy control. Although the fabric is doubled in the waist portion, I can't say they've controlled my rolling gut. However, that's not a negative for me because my experience with "tummy control" garments is discomfort and when I'm cleaning or exercising, comfort is key. I do not ever work out in public so that feature isn't important to me. If it is to you, I wouldn't expect great performance in roll control. I also wear my yoga pants as pajama bottoms so they have to be very comfortable for me. I have a drawer full for every need. Read more
For reference I’m 5’5” and weigh 149 lbs. I carry my weight in my lower stomach area and purchased the small/medium. These are SOOOO soft and comfy! They fit great. There’s no tummy control, but there’s also no thick band making a muffin top, with the right shirt you’ll never see your stomach. They’re definitely a thinner material so don’t use them for warmth. But they’re not so thin that you can see through them. They can be dressed up or worn casual. Perfect length to tuck into boots but not so long you can roll them to go above the boot. They’re seamless so super cute. Will likely buy another set just to have. Read more
A regular purchase of mine. Soft, not see through and cozy! Read more
I bought these leggings about 2 years ago and loved them, so I went ahead and bought a three pack of black. Given other reviews I went ahead and did a blot test to check for color fastness. Sure enough, the legging bled considerably. I'm used to treating reds (and occasionally blacks) to get excess dye out. For these leggings I did three rounds of soaking and swirling in my bathtub with warm water and blue dawn dish soap and I did a thorough rinse between each soak. That seemed to do the trick. The water ran clear and three blot tests showed no more dye running. I washed the leggings twice on cool to get the remaining dawn out, and they were good to go! Just as soft and well fitted as the first pairs I purchased. These leggings are durable. My old black pair never got any holes. They don't shrink and the material is very soft and opaque (without being heavy). For me, they were well worth the hassle of manually rinsing the dye out, but if that is too much trouble for you then I would definitely shop elsewhere. Read more
Very comfortable and fits perfect. After several washes they still look like new. Read more
Super soft, great length, extra stretchy but great tummy control. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they are extremely see through from behind. I checked this before leaving my house and they looked ok but upon returning and seeing myself in bright daylight I was mortified. These are now house leggings and unfortunately I will not be buying again or recommending to others. Read more
These are great to wear under something. It is very thin material but very soft as well. I bought a size medium. It is slightly see through. Read more
Buy them. This is the 3rd, 3-pack I've bought over the past 5 years. These are the lounge leggings. The roadtrip leggings. The soft and comfy enough for Thanksgiving dinner, leggings. I have high compression ones for the gym... these aren't that. They're soft and pliable, and still last. They don't fade or become see-through either. Eventually my incredible thighs wear out the inner seams and I have to throw them away, but for $20 a 3-pack they are more than worth it. Read more
