Update: Customer Service reached out and explained possible reasons for smell and offered a refund on the wipes, which is greatly appreciated. I tried the coconut scented hypoallergenic wipes later and way more pleased with the scent and use of. Ordered unscented. The moment I opened the container the smell was so bad. It smells like a weird combination of ashes and antiseptic…something. It’s so bad I could bring myself to wipe it on my dogs faces. Read more

sorry, but i am NOT impressed with this product. thought the pads, which don't separate well from the others, would be a bit more soothing and smoothing. pads are a bit small so hard to hold onto while cleaning my pup's eyes. not crazy about the smell. did not clean as well as i had beed led to believe. pricey mistake. seriously, better off with a warm, wet washcloth. can't believe it has received the higher ratings it has!
