Picture was clear and very good, but the battery would only hold a charge for 3 to 4 hours. Then it would need to be plugged back in again. I left it plugged in the second time for over 24 hrs to make sure it was fully charge, but it failed yet again after just 3 hours. Camera isn't easy to see, but can be found if a light is pointed at it. Otherwise you'd never know. I give up trying to find a clock camera that will run on a battery without needing to be constantly plugged in. Defeats the purpose of having a battery doesn't it! Oh, and it constantly uploads recordings to a cloud server, regardless of whether you want it to or not. There is no way of changing that setting. Something it was not suppose to do according to the product description. I paid for this with my own money and have not received it free or any money in return for a review. We purchased this to go in the room of our 5yr old who is learning and practicing letter and number recognition, and it has been amazing! Works well. I haven't figured out how to change it from military time to regular time but with a child in the military I suppose it won't hurt me to learn. The picture on the camera is good. If you want it to cover a large space you have to place it further away as the camera doesn't move. If I didn't know it had a camera I'd think it was just a normal cheap alarm clock. Read more
